Running Mates

Paul Kerrigan, an Interboro Hall of Famer, has lived in Delco for over 50 years. Early in his career he worked as a paralegal and later taught at public schools in Delco for 20 years before recently retiring. Kerrigan remains active in acting and directing theatre productions at the Swarthmore Players Club and Cardinal O'Hara HS. He also served as a judge of elections in Prospect Park. 

Richard Williams is a long-term resident of Prospect Park. He attended Prospect Park Elementary School, was a member of the National Honor Society, and graduated from Interboro High School in 1974. He received a post-secondary degree from a local technical trade school in business and accounting. Richard is an information technology professional and worked for the former Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. He has a 34+ year career at Asplundh Tree Expert Company where he is an operations supervisor. Richard has an extensive knowledge of computer system mainframes, client servers, software, and hardware. In addition to being a resource to his neighbors near Witmer Field, he is also an avid sports fan of our Philly sports teams including the Eagles, Phillies, and 76ers. Richard enjoys fishing, gardening, attending classic car shows, and caring for his pets including 2 cats and 1 dog.
